Scheduled clinical review appointments support patients who are continuing their recovery in the community. During each session our clinicians monitor progress, review medication, adjust treatment plans and provide ongoing medical oversight. These regular check-ins help clients stay on track, address emerging challenges early and maintain the momentum they built during treatment, all from the convenience of an outpatient visit.
Our personalized one-on-one therapy sessions offer a confidential, judgement-free space to address addiction, mental health concerns and trauma. Working closely with a dedicated counsellor, clients explore the root causes of their challenges, build self-awareness and develop practical coping strategies for long-term recovery. Each session is paced to the individual, empowering clients to set meaningful goals and make steady, sustainable progress.

Safe and accurate administration of prescribed medications, including depot injections and other clinical preparations, is carried out by our qualified nursing staff. Each dose is given under professional supervision to ensure clients receive the right treatment at the right time, with careful monitoring for effectiveness and side effects. Please note that this service excludes the cost of medication itself unless otherwise stated.
